MASTER TRIO COMPLETE COLLECTION - 259 SHADES

I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to. I ordered this and when it arrived the fedex guys had really roughed up the boxes. Almost 20 of the duo polishes had broken bottles. I was so sad, so I decided to write to customer service and let them know what happened. I didn’t know if they would just send me the individual bottles that broke, or if they would even send me replacements. I put my order number and the numbers of every color that had a broken bottle. Literally within hours I got response saying it was all they needed and they were going to send me new ones. They got here SO fast! They made the process so easy and so quick. I was floored. Never had such amazing customer service. Not Polish was already my favorite brand because their quality and variety of products offered is unmatched in my eyes. Now seeing how great their customer service is too just cemented my feelings. I will be a Not Polish girly for life! I just left my salon and I’m starting my independent career. I feel so good knowing that I’ve chosen such an amazing brand, and that what I’m offering my clients is top tier. Thank you Not Polish!
