SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping. (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping delivery times displayed on checkout is based on the shipping provider ESTIMATED times and not time provided by Notpolish. 

Example: If you see a shipping time for 1 to 2 days for your order for USPS it may take longer than to arrive to you because this is a time that USPS provided to you directly based on your location.

Shipper estimated delivery times does not include Notpolish processing time and any shipping circumstances they may occur during shipping such as weather, holidays, and any other shipping delays from the shipping provided.  These delays our out  of Notpolish control and we are not liable for shipping delays caused by the shipping provider.

International Shipping Rates, Duties, and Import Taxes

Duties and Import Taxes

The customer is responsible for paying any IMPORT COSTS and DUTIES to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance. 

Notpolish is NOT responsible for duties and import fees. This is to be paid by the customers


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of ordering please contact us at contact@notpolish.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
