If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Unhappy with your product? (We can’t imagine!) Give us a call and give us a chance to make it right. Otherwise, you have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it*
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and shipped back with the original packaging. If something terrible happened to the product or packaging, send us a picture and we’ll take it from there.
And as always, please include your receipt / proof of purchase.
*SALES ARE FINAL for GEL POLISH (15ML), REFILL SIZE 8OZ, CHROME MIRROR POWDER, and all items from the CLEARANCE and ACCESSORIES categories.
For certain qualifying conditions, we may issue a refund. We may or may not ask you to return the item. If we do:
- Please pack the items inside its original box and ship it back to our warehouse
- Once we receive your item, we’ll notify you that we have received your returned item
- We will inspect it as part of our quality control process
- We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If your package was not delivered
While we’d love to believe that the world is a beautiful place free of thieves and bad actors, that is simply not the reality. At NotPolish, we strive to make all of our customers happy, and if any defects appear from the time we crafted the product to the time we ship it out – – it’s on us.
However, once we stick that shipping label on and the package gets whisked away by the delivery angels – things are simply out of our hands. We do not offer refunds or re-shipments of new products if your package is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address (so, please double check your address, especially apartment numbers!)
Please understand that bad actors in our history have been caught taking advantage of our goodwill and have repeatedly asked for free re-shipments. We’ve incurred heavy losses and broken hearts, and simply don’t want to go through that pain again.
